Customer Service Rep

Our Regional Customer Service team is positioned to develop “White Glove” relationships with our customers, dealers and reps guiding them from order to install in the very detailed world of custom mobile furniture and design.

Position Functions: This is NOT a call center position.

  • Field and appropriately handle all sales inquiries from customers, dealers, agents, and PH sales representatives.
  • Manage distribution of all customer correspondence produced by order entry (e.g. acknowledgements).
  • Prepare product order quotes and pricing to customers, dealers and outside sales force.
  • Update CRM with all order and customer communication details to ensure complete project visibility start to finish.

  • Enhance department/ company reputation by demonstrating a team mentality to internal and external customers.
  • Process all quotes/purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure on-time orders.
  • Maintain high quality of service standards; advising Manager of potential problems with possible resolution strategies.
  • Successfully resolve customer complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within a group to solve departmental issues.
  • Creative ability to think outside the box!
  • Ability to excel in an extremely fast paced and changing environment.
  • High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred.
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written a must.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamic 365.
  • Experience with an ERP system preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service within a furniture manufacturing environment and independent sales rep team a plus.
  • Some CRM Experience a definite plus!
