E-Commerce Merchandiser
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Merchandising Manager to manage one of our company’s independent brands online presences.
The position will be tasked with ensuring that the company’s products are displayed in the most attractive and effective way possible on the company’s direct to consumer website or other reselling partners websites. The E-commerce Merchandising Manager will also be responsible for working closely with the E-commerce Sales manager in creating and managing demand driving sales campaigns such as sales promotions, sponsored ads, and/or keyword placement.
Position Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings on the company’s website and other digital sales channels.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improving sales and profitability.
- Propose content modifications to enhance product searchability based on keyword research.
- Collaborate with President, CEO and Sales Manager to develop product positioning and promotion strategies.
- Conduct competitor research and analysis to stay informed about the industry trends and best practices.
- Monitor direct to consumer website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and overall conversion rate.
- Coordinating with IT to maintain EDI connections with reselling partners to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Work collaboratively with IT and web development teams to ensure website functionality and performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as product labeling and consumer protection laws.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field required
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Experienced in selling through popular e-commerce reselling partners.
- Experienced in building in maintaining product detail pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of EDI transactions
- Proficient communication and project management skills, team player and ability to multi-task required.
