IT Administrator
We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining computer systems and networks, as well as experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks
- Installing and configuring software and hardware
- Managing user accounts and access controls
- Ensuring security of data and network access
- Providing technical support to users
- Keeping inventory of equipment and software
- Managing backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
- Staying up to date with industry developments and implementing new technologies as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an IT administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with network administration and security
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong project management and planning skills
