IT Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining computer systems and networks, as well as experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks
  • Installing and configuring software and hardware
  • Managing user accounts and access controls
  • Ensuring security of data and network access
  • Providing technical support to users
  • Keeping inventory of equipment and software
  • Managing backups and disaster recovery procedures
  • Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
  • Staying up to date with industry developments and implementing new technologies as needed



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience with network administration and security
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong project management and planning skills
