We build your furniture within 12 to 14 weeks, store it in one of our protected and insured warehouses, and ship it when you are ready, on or before June 15, 2027.
Your purchase order, 50% deposit, and signed Terms and Conditions Agreement must be received by January 31, 2027.
Mark your purchase order “Palmer Hamilton On Deck Delivery,” include your requested delivery window, and send it with your signed Terms and Conditions Agreement. Orders without the program marking are entered and shipped under standard lead times.
Production is completed within 12 to 14 weeks from order entry. Your order goes into production once your deposit is received.
When production is complete, we send you photos of your finished order before it goes into storage, and we ask you to confirm your delivery timeline.
Confirm your final delivery date in writing at least 15 business days before your desired shipment date.
All orders must ship on or before June 15, 2027. Storage fees begin on June 16, 2027 for any order still in storage, and may be invoiced monthly until the order ships.
No. Changes to products, quantities, finishes, delivery location, or the purchase order can be made only before your deposit is received. Once the deposit is received, the order is final.
Deposits are nonrefundable once the order is entered into our system. Orders canceled after production begins are subject to cancellation charges.
Freight is FOB Factory. Because freight and fuel costs change, quoted freight is an estimate, and final freight is invoiced at the rates in effect when your order ships.
Your remaining balance is due under the payment terms on your account. Your order ships once all outstanding balances are paid in full.
