Palmer Hamilton LLC is a furniture manufacturer headquartered at 143 S. Jackson Street, Elkhorn, Wisconsin 53121. We design and manufacture furniture for K-12 schools, higher education institutions, corporate offices, libraries, healthcare facilities, and hospitality environments around the world. We sell directly online, through online partners, and through a network of authorized sales representatives, agents, and dealer partners.

We will not charge a fee for responding to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

8.2 Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Palmer Hamilton does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of the Meta Pixel and Google Ads constitutes “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. To opt out of this sharing:

  • Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a compatible browser. Our Site honors GPC signals as a valid opt-out.

11. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our Site is intended for business-to-business audiences, including school administrators, facilities directors, purchasing officials, and design professionals. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Because Palmer Hamilton’s products serve K-12 school environments and because certain sections of our Site (such as esports environments and cafeteria, media room, and school design content) may attract interest from students or parents, we encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children’s internet use.

Our Site complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
