Introducing the Rally™

The Rally™ table is the ultimate versatile option for fab labs, makerspaces, dining, small office, home office, science labs, classroom and hospitality settings. Attached seating that swivels under the tabletop moves out of the way –relocate the table or work standing with ease Rally™, offers three height options that can be used for many environments where strong surface, integrated seating, and the ability to move through a standard doorway from one room to the next is needed.

Details

Rally™ is designed to move easily and set up immediately. Seats swing completely under the tabletop, and the 32 inch wide table profile is engineered to move through standard doorways at all three available heights, so a facilities team can relocate Rally™ tables between a classroom, a cafeteria, and a makerspace without the logistics challenges that wide or fixed seat tables create. Spring loaded stool tubes let the glides contact the floor when stools are extended for use, providing stable seating without rocking at any height. Bag and backpack hooks are integrated into the vertical columns of every Rally™ table as a standard feature, keeping cafeteria and classroom floors clear of the loose bags that create tripping hazards during busy transitions.

Rally™ offers a configuration and material range that few tables in its category can match. Two seat and four seat models in 27 inch, 30 inch, and 42 inch heights let facilities teams match the table to every program from early childhood through secondary school and adult education. The tight engineering and manufacturing specifications ensure that Rally™ tables line up precisely next to each other for easy row formation in scientific classrooms, fabrication labs, and cafeterias where a clean and organized layout matters. Three top options are available from Wilsonart® laminate edged with EdgeGuard™, Butcher Block, and TopLab® epoxy resin surface for science labs where chemical and scratch resistance are non negotiable requirements. Metal powder coat seats, solid Beechwood seats, and Butcher Block stools provide seat options for every environment and aesthetic, and optional power modules in above surface, in surface, and wireless pop up formats bring Rally™ into media centers, libraries, and collaborative study spaces where connectivity and power access matter.

Rally™ is built from frame materials that hold up in the highest use institutional environments Palmer Hamilton serves. Vertical columns are 16 gauge square tubing and the base frame is 14 gauge square formed sheet metal, both finished with a durable powder coat in Palmer Hamilton’s standard three colors and ten custom options for the facilities teams and designers who want Rally™ to match a specific room palette. Metal seats are 16 gauge steel, powder coated to match the frame, with a 15 inch diameter seat pan welded to a swivel plate. Stops are built into the post to prevent the seat mechanism from contacting the frame, protecting both the seat and the table through the full range of rotation. Seat weight capacity is up to 300 pounds per stool. EdgeGuard™ is standard on laminated top versions, the same sprayed on polyurea edge treatment that Palmer Hamilton applies across its full cafeteria and classroom table lineup. Rally™ ships fully assembled and is backed by Palmer Hamilton’s standard warranty, because the classroom, lab, and dining environments that depend on these tables every day deserve a product that is ready to work from the moment it arrives and continues to work for years without requiring special maintenance or early replacement. Do More with Your Space™.

Benefits

One Table That Serves Every Room in the Building

Rally™ moves from a cafeteria to a classroom to a makerspace to a library without modification, serving breakfast, a science lesson, a fabrication project, and a collaborative study session from the same table and the same integrated stool. The ability to deploy a single furniture platform across every program in the building simplifies procurement, reduces storage demands, and gives facilities teams one set of products to maintain rather than managing separate furniture solutions for each room type.

Integrated Seating That Gets Out of the Way

Stools swing completely under the Rally™ tabletop for storage and transport, allowing a room full of Rally™ tables to move through standard doorways and be repositioned across the building without removing or separately managing seating. This makes the daily transition between dining and instruction, or between individual and group work modes, something a single facilities staff member can accomplish without special tools, extra time, or a team of people.

Material and Configuration Options Built for Every School Environment

From Wilsonart® laminate tops in school cafeterias to TopLab® chemical resistant epoxy resin in science labs to Butcher Block tops and stools in campus restaurants, Rally™ is specified to the exact requirements of each space rather than requiring a compromise between what the program needs and what a generic table platform can offer. Optional power modules, shelves, and kick plates allow each Rally™ installation to be precisely right for the environment it serves.

Features

Swing Under Integrated Stool System

Rally™’s stools swing under the tabletop on a swivel plate with stops built into the post to prevent the seat mechanism from contacting the frame, and seat posts and foot rails rotate in unison for a controlled, stable fold. Spring loaded stool tubes let the glides contact the floor when stools are in use, providing a stable base at every height without rocking, and the 32 inch table width allows the fully stowed unit to pass through standard doorways at all three available heights.

EdgeGuard™ Standard on Laminate Tops

EdgeGuard™ is Palmer Hamilton’s sprayed on polyurea eased edge treatment that provides superior resistance to moisture and food traps and is extremely tamper resistant, keeping Rally™ tabletop edges sealed and intact through years of cafeteria, classroom, and lab use. SmartEdge with antimicrobial and antifungal additives and PVC edge options are available for applications where the material properties or color range of those treatments better match the design and program requirements of the space.

Bag and Backpack Hooks Standard on Every Table

Bag and backpack hooks are built into the vertical columns of every Rally™ table as a standard feature at no additional cost, keeping cafeteria and classroom floors free of the loose bags that create tripping hazards and clutter during busy periods and transitions. This is one of the details that distinguishes Rally™ from generic multipurpose tables: the safety and organizational needs of students in active institutional environments are engineered into the product rather than left to chance.
